Do you take reservations?

Kopitiam is a fast-casual cafe and does not take reservations.

Upon your visit, you'll be placing an order at the register, then seating yourself.

If you happen to come in during a time when tables are all taken, no fret! We’ll have a “seater” taking your name down and will call your name when a table opens up for you, feel free to hang out outside!

Can I grab a seat prior to ordering?

Please refrain from saving seats prior to ordering. This helps maximize our flow and efficiency and make sure we can get everyone seated in a timely manner.

Our meat dishes are not halal.

Are your dishes Halal?

I am an influencer, can I trade social posts in exchange for free food?

We are a small mom & fam cafe where the majority of our team are elderly single Asian women and college students who at times are the sole breadwinners for their family hired within the neighborhood. Your paid support helps keep our store running.

Can I order your condiments online?

Unfortunately, we do not have it on our web store. You may purchase them in-store if we have them in stock. Feel free to ask the cashier!
